I am storyteller and I have been most of my life. Telling someone’s story comes natural to me when I have a camera in my hands. I feel a sense of adrenaline knowing that I have an opportunity to discover life’s breathtaking moments with the people I work with.
For the past 35 years I have captured stunning images and established an award-winning career covering a diverse set of subjects ranging from the Mennonites and the Plain People, to the Iraq War with the 101st Airborne Division to the homeless community in Nashville.
I started working as a photographer for a number of national magazines and newspaper publications including The Tennessean, Time Life and Newsweek to name a few with images appearing all across the United States and Europe.
I love making pictures. I love telling stories. I want to tell your story.
